Fee Payment

All payments are due at the time of service by check, cash, or Visa/MasterCard credit cards.

There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

A $20 late fee will apply monthly for all invoices 14 days past due

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A full appointment fee will be billed for all missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
