Homeopathy for Health and Vitality

I am often asked about what makes a good diet. First of all, there is no one size fits all. Homeopathy is about individualizing. It is my conviction that diets should be individualized for all of us as well. We are all different and all of us need individual dietary adjustments.

However, I do believe in a few general principles that work to benefit everybody:

1. Eat organically grown food

2. Eat locally grown food

3. Eat seasonal fruits and vegetables

4. Eat them fresh.

5. Balance the cooked and raw food (eat more raw food in summer and more cooked food in winter).
